This dazzling asparagus silver service reminds me of childhood, where my grandmother had something for everything, setting my aspirations early. Classically for asparagus and accoutrement, this service would also made an elegant presentation for a feminine portion of entrecôte. I can imagine Julia Reed serving syrup with beignets.
