SHIPPING
We offer UPS Ground and UPS Overnight shipping within the United States.
Please allow 2-5 business days to process UPS Ground orders. Note that some items have longer lead times noted in the product description.
We process overnight orders Monday through Friday until 3:00pm EST. Please note Houses & Parties will ensure that expedited orders are dispatched by UPS on time, but any unanticipated delays and unmet delivery deadlines are the responsibility of the third-party carrier (ie: UPS). We cannot guarantee delivery and do not issue refunds for unmet shipping deadlines that have been delayed by any third-party carrier.
Please note choosing overnight shipping on a Friday does not guarantee delivery on Saturday. These packages are often delivered the following weekday, Monday.
You will receive a confirmation & tracking number via email. If you require same-day shipping, please select UPS overnight shipping at check out. Please note that UPS shipping estimates are shipping times from UPS and do not include order processing time.
We offer UPS International Express and DHL to the United Kingdom. Please note that Houses & Parties is not responsible for additional duties, taxes, and fees that may be incurred for International shipments. Email us at info@housesandparties.com for international orders outside of the U.K.
Effective March 24, 2020, UPS has suspended the Service Guarantee for UPS Ground shipments. Houses & Parties is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are available on select inventory. Please email info@housesandparties.com for more information. Custom orders are confirmed once placed and are not eligible for cancellations or changes.
PRE-ORDERS & SPECIAL ORDERS
Inventory that is available for pre-order is marked on each listing with an expected delivery date. Items marked "lead times vary" are special order items that we do not stock, but order on your behalf at the time of purchase. Special orders are final sale. You will receive an email confirmation with an anticipated ship date after your order is confirmed. Please note that these dates can change due to current global shortages and shipping delays. Houses & Parties will update you via the email on your order with any changes. Please check all inboxes for a confirmation email from info@housesandparties.com to ensure that you are receiving updates about your order.
