RETURNS
All sales are final. Returns are accepted for store credit within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept returns on special orders, custom orders, wearables, perishables, and antique or vintage items. We do not offer price adjustments after your purchase has been made. Please email info@housesandparties.com with any questions before placing an order.
Email info@housesandparties.com to process a return.
Return labels are not provided by Houses & Parties. Customers are responsible for shipping their return and assume responsibility for damages. Once the return is received, a store credit (valid for one year) will be issued to the customer by email. Items must be returned in their original condition to receive credit.
ANTIQUE & VINTAGE INVENTORY
Returns are not accepted on antique and vintage inventory. They are sold “as is.” The condition of each item is noted in the product description. Please email us at info@housesandparties.com for clarification on the condition of a particular item.
DAMAGES
Shipping damages must be claimed within 24 hours of receiving the package. All packaging must remain intact and be well documented in order to claim insurance. Please email damage claims to info@housesandparties.com with detailed photos of the shipping box, packaging, and damages.
LOST PACKAGES
Tracking is provided for all orders. Houses & Parties is not responsible for packages that are missing after they have been delivered. Packages that are lost must be reported within 24 hours of receiving a "delivered" status from the courier, so that Houses & Parties can assist you with submitting a claim. Please note most "lost" packages we hae experienced are usually in the hand of a helpful neighbors or nearby address who has received the package in error.
