We consider Russian Osetra "la crème de la caviar". Boasting large pearls with a rich amber hue, clean flavor, and semi-firm texture, this decadent, rich caviar has been enjoyed by legends since the 13th century.

Hackleback is the smallest species of sturgeon, plentiful in the United States, and is the last wild American caviar. It's a beautiful balance of earthiness and brine with a nutty finish. These small, jet-black pearls have a flavor akin to PEI oysters and a delicate texture, making Hackleback an easy crowd-pleaser.

Shipping
All caviar is shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight, Monday through Thursday. Each box is lined with premium insulation and includes ice packs to keep perishable items cold. Please allow 3-5 business days after your purchase for the caviar to be shipped. If you would like to schedule your caviar for a specific date, please include your desired date of delivery in the note section when you check out or contact info@housesandparties.com with your order number.

Care
When you receive your box, transfer caviar directly to the refrigerator. To maintain peak freshness, please store it in the coldest area of your refrigerator. Caviar will remain fresh for 4 weeks when refrigerated and unopened.

Once your caviar has been opened, please enjoy it within 4 days. Air and heat are detrimental to caviar and roe, so replace the lid and refrigerate if you have any left over.

Metal has an unpleasant effect on caviar. We recommend using glass or mother of pearl spoons for serving. Keeping your caviar cold while serving maintains optimal taste and quality for you and your guests to enjoy!
