I marveled my grandmother’s menagerie of sugar fruit and the way the tiny crystals caught candlelight. In place of vintage versions that lose luster after being fumbled a hundred times, I’m keeping the tradition alive with this harvest of handmade spun felt fruit, covered in thousands of intricate glass beads, made exclusively for Houses & Parties. Each set includes a wild cluster of grapes, a pomegranate, a pear, and a plum and looks perfect mixed with real fruit and flowers for a living centerpiece. I can’t wait to use it with Duke of Gloucester.
