… make a pitcher of something dangerous

The perfect pitcher for the perfect cocktail. This majolica pitcher, laden with kernels, reminds me of a magic cocktail Stephan Pyles used to serve at Flora St. Cafe. The aptly named “Elote” is a smoky blend of Cabeza tequila, charred poblano peppers and red Fresnos, smoked corn, mixed with house-made lemongrass, kafir, and cardamom syrup. Serve this milky drink garnished with sliced red Fresno chilis and a knotted corn husk (in half) in our Gold Twist Goblet. 9"
