…the meat of the matter

This two-sided maple carving and serving board is a workhorse in the kitchen and a showhorse on the table. One side of the board has a well and tree to capture jus. The other side has a flat for serving cheese and charcuterie or homemade pizza. Dress it up for all-out Bacchanalia with myrtle from the garden and heaps of pomegranates, figs, and champagne grapes. Hand-wash only. To extend the life of the board, rub with mineral oil occasionally.
