This dazzling asparagus silver service reminds me of childhood, where my grandmother had something for everything - setting my aspirations early. Classically for asparagus and accoutrement, this service would also made an elegant presentation for a feminine portion of entrecôte. I can imagine Julia Reed serving syrup with beignets.
